1. Who we are
This website is operated by Chairside Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17390904, whose registered office is at Flat H, 1-3 Spring Gardens, London, SW1A 2BB. You can reach us at hello@chairsideai.co.uk.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
2. The website is information, not a product
This website describes what Chairside is building. Some of the capabilities described are in pilot or in development rather than generally available, and we say so on the page where they appear.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a binding commitment to deliver a particular feature by a particular date, or a contract. If you want a commitment, ask us for one in writing.
3. Nothing here is professional advice
Important. This website refers to UK regulatory frameworks including UK GDPR, CQC standards, GDC standards, IR(ME)R and MHRA guidance. Those references are general information about how we build our products. They are not legal, regulatory, clinical or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for your own assessment or for advice from your own advisers, indemnity provider or regulator.
Regulation changes. You remain responsible for your practice's compliance.
4. Acceptable use
You may view, print and download pages from this website for your own use or for use within your practice. You may not:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated systems to send more requests than a person reasonably would
- submit anything through our forms that is false, misleading, unlawful, or that contains malicious code
- submit patient data, clinical records or other special category personal data through our enquiry form
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, layout, graphics and code of this website are owned by or licensed to Chairside Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Chairside name and logo are our trade marks.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything more, whether republishing, reproducing at length, or using our material commercially, needs our written permission first.
6. Enquiries you submit
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you're entitled to provide it. We'll use it to respond to you, as described in our privacy notice.
Submitting an enquiry doesn't create any obligation on us to provide a demo, offer a pilot, or enter into a contract with you.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available, but we don't guarantee it. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions relating to the website and its content.
We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on any content on it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer rather than a business user, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party websites, those links are provided for information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The version number and date at the top tell you when we last did. Please check back occasionally; continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
